Over my 68 years I have celebrated birthdays with a light hearted approach however today I saw a post on facebook where a young woman with Cystic Fibrosis had just turned 40 my comment was WOW.Why ? well how many friends had she lost? how many times had she been in hospital? how many hours of physio had she endured ? how many tablets had she taken?
  I know how many Zoe did  in 11 short years.
So Friends next time we have a birthday lets for a second think about those who battle daily for their next breath.
